1. About Us

2. Services

Inpixel Network offers the following services:

• Social Media Management: Content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance reporting across social platforms.
• Website Development: Design, development, and deployment of websites, landing pages, and Shopify stores.
• AI Ads: AI-powered advertising campaign creation, management, and optimisation across platforms such as Meta, Google, and YouTube.

The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined separately in the service agreement or proposal provided to the client.

3. Payments & Fees

• All fees are as agreed in the service proposal or invoice issued to the client.
• Payments are to be made as per the schedule outlined in the invoice. Delayed payments may result in a pause or suspension of services.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Inpixel Network reserves the right to revise pricing for ongoing services with 30 days' prior notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and approvals required to deliver the agreed services.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any content, images, or trademarks they provide to Inpixel Network for use.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g. late approvals, missing content) may affect timelines and do not constitute a breach on our part.
• Clients must not use our services for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables produced specifically for their project (e.g. website files, ad creatives). However, Inpixel Network retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, and processes used by Inpixel Network remain our intellectual property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of the service relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inpixel Network's liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant service in the preceding three (3) months.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, ad returns, or search rankings, as these depend on factors outside our control including platform algorithms, market conditions, and client-side factors.

Inpixel Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service engagement with 30 days' written notice.
• Inpixel Network may terminate immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or conduct that is harmful or unlawful.
• Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work completed remain due.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Google, and YouTube. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' policies, algorithms, or availability. Platform-specific ad spend is billed separately and managed per the client's budget.

10. Amendments

Inpixel Network reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
